I’m Alvaro, a photographer based in the Pacific Northwest.

My story starts with a birthday and a gift I never expected. My girlfriend handed me a camera, and at the time I thought it would just be something fun to mess around with. But the moment I started taking photos something clicked.

What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion I couldn’t ignore. I found myself chasing natural light, studying how emotion lives in the smallest gestures, and realizing how powerful a single photo can be. I loved the idea of freezing a feeling, a laugh, a glance, a quiet moment, and letting it live forever.

Now, whether I’m capturing a surprise proposal, a romantic session, senior photos, or a simple moment someone wants to hold onto, my goal is always the same: create images that make you feel something every time you look at them.
